Q: How long does the refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 7โ€“14 business days after approval. The credit appears on your original payment method within 3โ€“5 additional working days depending on your bank.
Q: Can I get a Travel Credit instead?
A: Yes! If you prefer a Travel Credit (valid for 12 months), we waive the cancellation charge. Simply choose 'Travel Credit' when submitting your cancellation request.
Q: What if the airline/hotel cancels?
A: If a service provider cancels your booking, you are entitled to a full refund with no cancellation charge, regardless of timing.
Q: Is there a cancellation charge on GST?
A: No, GST paid is fully refunded in all cases regardless of the cancellation timeline.
Q: What about international packages?
A: International packages follow the same policy, but some components (airfare, visa fees) may be non-refundable based on the airline or embassy rules.
